For years, safety has been a top priority for the "bellettinihotel". For this reason, we have always applied very strict hygiene measures for the prevention of infectious diseases. These measures have been reinforced and integrated to protect against COVID-19.

GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

  • Constant training of our collaborators to ensure compliance and rigorous application of all mandatory prevention measures
  • All common areas, rooms and spaces reserved for professionals are cleaned, sanitized and disinfected in compliance with standard procedures for each department that provide for the use of suitable equipment and products for the medical and surgical supervision of the Diversey Unilever company.
  • For sanitization, the methods used are ozonation and nebulization with hydrogen peroxide.
  • The daily fever is measured for all employees
  • Guests are required to self-certify in good health in the absence of a fever higher than 37.5 °
  • Over 15 hand disinfection columns are located in all the common areas of the hotel, corridors, elevators, reception, bar area, restaurant, swimming pool and beach. Dispensers present in all departments reserved for professionals.
  • The use of protective masks (mouth and nose) is compulsory throughout the hotel for all employees and all guests starting from the age of 6
  • Throughout the hotel, inside and outside, there is the rule of distancing at least one meter, with the exception of one's family unit.
  • The use of lifts is allowed only individually or with family members and in any case only after hand disinfection.
  • All available detergents have a certified antibacterial and antiviral effect
  • The water treatment is carried out with a certified company for sanitization from legionella

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OF COMMON AREAS

  • Daily sanitation of all common areas twice a day
  • Repetitive daily disinfection of all critical points of contact (handrail, elevator buttons, info-touchscreen, door handles, pool beds, chairs, etc ...)

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OF ROOMS

  • Special deep cleaning, disinfection and ozonation or nebulization at each change of the customer
  • Standard room cleaning as per our internal job descriptions: use of cloths with dedicated color codes and with change for each room, use of cleaning and sanitizing products certified by Diversey Unilever.
  • The entire bedroom linen is washed and disinfected by the external professional laundry according to certified procedures with a virucidal action.
  • The cleaning staff wears both protective masks and protective gloves as well as constant hand disinfection
  • The laundry washed with our washing machines performs cleaning cycles with temperatures over 65 ° or Diversey Unilever certified disinfection products.

RESTAURANTS AND BARS

  • Reception and storage of food goods and preparation of all dishes strictly in accordance with the most recent lines of the HACCP regulation.
  • Buffet with plexiglass protection and served by operators with gloves and mask
  • Minimum spacing of tables prescribed by at least one meter
  • The entire tablecloth is washed and disinfected by the professional external laundry according to certified procedures with a virucidal action
  • Use of disposable masks and gloves in all food processing and food production processes, as well as during the service.

POOL

  • Our swimming pool is equipped with an automatic system for measuring constant chlorine based on the attendance of people and on the basis of temperature.
  • The entry into the water will be controlled to ensure the safety distance and avoid gathering.

ANIMATION

  • Entertainment for children on the beach in the morning and afternoon.
